For EmPower clients, the monthly recurring service fee delivers a turn-key IT department focused on executing the Measurably Better IT Framework. You get the monthly technical alignment process, quarterly vCIO meetings, a robust suite of IT security and management tools (see full details here), and unlimited remote and onsite technical support. The monthly recurring service fee for Co-Managed clients includes all of this except for the unlimited technical support. Unless expressly stated, your proposal will not include the cost of data backup, cloud hosting, or software licenses for things such as Microsoft 365, Adobe, or QuickBooks.
We promise there will be no surprises! Your proposal will clearly outline any one-time service fees due at signing related to onboarding or special projects that must be addressed upfront. As a client, your vCIO will help you establish a 3-Year IT Roadmap. Your Roadmap will clearly outline future capital expenditures and special projects for items such as PC replacements, server upgrades, etc.
