CipherTek is Now a Part of EpiOn!
We’re excited to announce that CipherTek and EpiOn have been acquired by OnWav, a wholly owned subsidiary of Twin Lakes Cooperative. Starting February 28, 2025, CipherTek will merge under the EpiOn brand—bringing you the same trusted IT service you rely on, now with even more capabilities.
This transition reflects our shared commitment to exceptional IT support and creates new opportunities to enhance the services you rely on.

Service & Support
Will I still be able to contact support the same way (same phone number, email, portal)?
Absolutely! You can continue using the same CipherTek phone numbers:

- Livingston: (931) 823-3853
CipherTek’s email addresses will continue working, automatically forwarding to EpiOn.
Your current support portal will remain accessible during this transition until we introduce EpiOn’s platform. We will notify you well in advance before making any changes.
Will my current IT contacts remain the same?
Yes!
Your IT team remains the same—the trusted professionals you’ve worked with for years. The only difference is that they now have access to even more resources to support you.
Will response times or service levels change in any way?
Only for the better. With the combined strength of EpiOn and CipherTek, we now have greater capacity, enhanced remote support capabilities, and even stronger service infrastructure—all designed to provide faster, more proactive IT support.
Billing & Contacts
Will my billing cycle, payment methods, or invoice details change?
Your billing cycle stays the same, but invoices will now come from EpiOn. You can continue paying as you always have, plus enjoy the convenience of EpiOn’s secure online payment portal: https://epion.connectboosterportal.com
Will my rates remain the same beyond the current contract?
Your current pricing and agreement remain unchanged during this transition. As always, we continuously evaluate our services to ensure we provide the best value and security for our clients. If any pricing adjustments become necessary in the future, we will communicate them well in advance, ensuring full transparency and tailored options that fit your needs.
If I have prepaid for services, does that transfer over to EpiOn?
Yes, without question! Your prepaid services will be honored as part of this transition.
Technical & Security Concerns
Will there be any changes to my current cybersecurity protections?
Your current cybersecurity protections remain fully intact. However, as part of this transition, you’ll now have access to EpiOn’s advanced cybersecurity services—giving you even more ways to protect your business from cyber threats.
Are my systems being migrated to EpiOn’s infrastructure, and if so, when?
Eventually, all CipherTek systems and services will be migrated to EpiOn's infrastructure. These transitions will be managed client-by-client and coordinated with you to ensure a smooth, seamless process without disrupting your operations.
Will I need to make any changes on my end (e.g., software updates, new logins, VPN changes)?
For now, no changes are needed on your end. As we migrate your account into EpiOn's platform, we will communicate and coordinate any changes well in advance.
